Welcome to the SNAP-Ed Assessment Site! This is a dynamic, public portal that will analyze over 30 of the SNAP-Ed Evaluation Framework indicators that are measured utilizing secondary data sources. These data can be assessed at a local, county, state or multi-state level. Users are able to select the geographic location as well as specific indicators you would like to include. This site will create a report including numeric as well as graphic visualization of the data.
The SNAP-Ed Assessment Site has a long-term goal of not only including secondary data but also primary data. The goal of this site is to allow primary data from each state, regardless of platform, to be integrated into the site.
